Role Overview:

The Project Management role at LTC Performance, an ob体育 Company is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a wide variety of compensation-related consulting projects on time and within scope. This position will lead total compensation programs such as executive compensation, short- and long-term bonus incentives, sales compensation and work directly with clients.

 

This role requires excellent project management capabilities, a deep understanding of incentive compensation practices, strong analytical skills, and exceptional communication/ leadership skills. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with consultants, analysts, and client stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met and client expectations exceeded.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple fairly complex/ complex compensation consulting projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope.
  • Coordinate internal resources and manage client communications to deliver seamless and high-quality service.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones, clearly outlining responsibilities and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with project teams and stakeholders, providing status updates and ensuring alignment.
  • Oversee quality assurance of project deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency with firm standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, effectively managing expectations and addressing inquiries.
  • Actively participate in business development activities by identifying opportunities to attract new clients and extend client engagements.
  • This role will have an opportunity to manage and lead project teams.

Qualifications:

  • Experience
    • Equivalent of a bachelor’s degree (master’s a plus)
    • Minimum 2-3 years proven experience leading a variety of fairly complex incentive compensation consulting projects
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of project management experience, preferably within consulting, compensation, HR, or related fields.
  • Knowledge
    • Strong familiarity with compensation concepts, job evaluation methodologies, salary structures, incentive plan design, and regulatory compliance.
    • High level of intellectual curiosity, coupled with strong understanding of business & financial acumen
    • Demonstrated understanding of/interest in staffing/ career pathing/ organizational design
    • Ability to analyze moderately complex business/financial data and develop solutions
    • Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across departments/ diverse cultures
    • Ability to be an effective member of complex project teams
  • Background/Skills/Abilities
    • Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required; technically savvy
    • Excellent planning, organization, and project management/ leadership capabilities
    • Strong results orientation with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
    • Excellent verbal, written, listening and presentation skills
    • Strong customer, quality, process, & detail orientation

Salary Range
$85,000—$100,000 USD
