ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

- Essential job responsibilities:
- Interacts professionally and timely in support of Commercial Lines Service Teams via AMS, email, Teams, phone, and in-person
- Ability to perform functions of the role within an ob体育 office at least 4 days per week
- Monitors and prioritizes workload, taking into consideration deadlines and special instructions with strong attention to detail
- Assists Service Teams by completing tasks and activities assigned through Epic directly linked to client-facing work products in the Center of Excellence. Help cover Service Team Desks during sabbaticals and extended leaves.
- Auto ID Cards, Premium & Loss Summary Creation and Population, Endorsement Processing and Invoicing, Experience Mod/Risk Snapshot Ordering, MVR’s, Policy Quick Checks, Population of Individual Loss Run Data, Renewal Applications, Premium Allocations, and Audits
- Performs special projects as assigned
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS include but are not limited to:
- Up to six months of similar or related experience preferred
- Strong computer proficiency required
- Experience with MS Office Suite required (specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Experience with Epic preferred
- Attains and maintains professional designation or license
- Limited travel required (less than 25%)
- High School diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
